The Internal Committee for Assignment and Recognition of Points (CIARP) is a collegiate body assigned to the Academic Vice-Rector’s Office responsible for studying the assignment and recognition of salary points and bonuses for different factors referred to in Decree 1279 of 2002, regulated by Agreement No. 006 of 2003 of the Academic Council.
